Grand Jury Indicts Casey Anthony
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — The Orange County Grand Jury indicted Casey Anthony on a capital count Tuesday in the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. The indictment has been sealed until Casey Anthony is taken into custody. At that time, the charges will be released.
The Grand Jury will have a presser momentarily… Casey Anthony is on the road and news choppers are following her in a scene that conjures up images of the O.J. Simpson case.
By all accounts, Casey Anthony will be going back to jail tonight.

Our source David Lohr says she will be taken into custody ‘within the hour‘.
Once Casey Anthony is back in jail, the indictment will be unsealed. Bring on the tears.
4:24 p.m. Cindy Anthony showed up at the house without Casey Anthony. The pair left Baez’s law office together about an hour. She believed to have switched cars somewhere along the way. It’s unclear where she is at this moment.
