Casey Anthony Declines Immunity Deal
Casey Anthony declined the limited-immunity deal with the State Attorney’s Office this morning.
She was given until 9 a.m. to take the deal. Her attorney, Jose Baez, did not contact the State Attorney’s Office before the deadline.
The limited immunity would have protected her direct statements to investigators. However, any other evidence gathered from her statements is fair game if the case goes to trial.
Finding Caylee Marie Anthony is not a priority for the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, the girl’s grandmother said this morning on a nationally televised show.
“It’s unfortunate that it’s going to take the average citizen to bring Caylee back to me alive and not the authorities,” Cindy Anthony told NBC’s Today Show host Matt Lauer.
Cindy Anthony said she still believes her granddaughter was abducted.
“I believe Caylee is with someone Casey had trusted,” she said. “Casey has been betrayed.”
The video above is pretty terrible in quality, but you get the point. Cindy Anthony seems to be brainwashed as she continues to defend her daughter, Casey, on national television.

This grandmother is got to be in complete denial..the evidence now shows that in fact there was a body (decomposing body!) in the trunk of Casey’s car. To put the blame back on the authorities is ridiculous. Casey has not shown one ounce of sadness about the “abduction, as she calls it” of Caylee. Her attorney states that she dropped Caylee off at a bbsitter to go to work. Come on, she didn’t even have a job for over 2 years. That story doesn’t make sense. She knows darn well where Caylee is and should do the right thing and tell the authorities. Then sweet baby Caylee can have a proper burial. Oh…and then send the bill to the family for all of the wasted man-hours trying to hunt down all of Casey’s bogus leads.
Reply to JenniferHOW MUCH MORE DO THEY HAVE TO FIND OUT….The MOTHER (if you want to call her that) of Caylee….disappeared for a month …getting rid of eveidence I am sure and figuring out her story before admitting her child was missing…she had to be sure nothing was left to find…I cant believe her lawyer and/or anyone else could say there is not enough evidence….anybody else would have been hung by now….she lied to her motrher about being pregnant and her mom stuck up for her and said she was not pregnant. she didnt tell her till she was 7mo pregnant! she was probably conjuring up a sale for her baby then and maybe it fell thru….thats why she says the father is dead….thats BS too….I am sure if she told the REAL FATHER he woukld have been upset that she wanted to get rid of the baby……hiow does she know who is the father anyway?? there were so many.

I believe that Casey with her narcissictic behaviour was jealous of the attention that was ravished on her sweet baby girl Caylee. As we have all concluded by now, Casey thinks of no one but her self and probably saw Casey as getting in the way of her parents love and attention from Cindy and George. It is truly sad to say that Casey was jealous of Caylee and wanted to get rid of her because she wanted to live the life of an easy, party hopping, bed jumping, dancing, drinking, low life who should have made her first priority her sweet little girl.
When I think of poor little Caylee, probably killed at the hands of her mother whom she should have been able to trust more than anyone in this world, it breaks my heart. To think of her lifeless little body in the trunk of that car when her mother drove around trying to find a place to dump her deceased baby girl that she carried for nine months and gave birth to; it is unfathomable that a mother could do this, but to call Casey a mother is a real stretch. This woman is not capable of caring for anybody else but her self and whatever evidence that the authorities have, they must arrest Casey and lock her up for the rest of her life just because of the heinousness of this crime. All of America and Canada watch the new developments on a daily basis and I think that most have given up hope that Caylee will be found alive. We can pray that she is still alive but I am afraid it would be to no avail. I truly believe that Caylee is with God and receiving the love that she should have received when she was here with on us on earth. Rest in Peace Caylee and I hope that Casey gets the maximum sentence and then some for what she has done to her sweet little girl.
What kind of person kills their sweet little girl so that they can dance and party and behave in her naturally skanky way? Casey needs to pay for her crime and I pray that the authorities are able to accomplish this.
Reply to Gail1. Casey and Caley were last seen on June 15 until Casey resurfaced without her on July 15, exactly one month later.
Reply to Jennifer W2. Caley died BEFORE Casey left her parents home, perhaps at her father’s hands or accidentally.
3. Casey’s Father may have ordered her to leave and don’t come back for at least a month because if our neighbors see you and don’t see Caley, they will know something is wrong.
4. Casey’s father may have sexually abused Casey and may even be Caley’s father (do we have any other contenders?)
5. If Casey’s father ‘fathered’ Caley, evidencing sexual abuse of Casey, he may have sexually abused Caley also.
6. Father’s Day (June 15) - there may have been some type of accident. The entire family panicked, though, knowing that the sexual abuse would be discovered and so couln’t call 911 or report the accident, but chose instead to cover it up.
7. Casey’s father, being an ex-cop, masterminded the entire coverup. He knows how long it takes a body to decompose to the point where the cause of death is no longer determinable and sexual or physical abuse is not detectable. His plan involves riding the clock as long as possible to keep investigators away from Caley’s dead body.
8. Cindy is obviously a willing participant and is either stupid or is playing stupid to protect her husband. CINDY has not questioned Casey about where Caley is or demanded any answers because she KNOWS the answers.
9. The entire family is involved in perpetuating a coverup of mammoth proportions at the behest of Casey’s Dad and to protect him and each other. They are trying to get away with a sexual abuse, a murder and a coverup.
10. I suggest that a paternity test be done to try to rule out Casey’s dad as being the Caley’s father. If he is ruled out, that doesn’t mean that he didn’t sexually abuse Caley.
11. Has anyone checked into Casey’s parents backgrounds to find out if they were swingers or into perversions. Has anyone checked their credit card records to see if they frequented Swinger’s clubs, chatrooms or websites.
12. There has to be some explanation as to why Casey is so mentally cold and disassociated, showing no trace of emotions. One explanation would be growing up in an abusive/controlling household and still being under the dominant parental control, even in jail and with her child dead.
13. Maybe Casey didn’t love Caley because she got impregnated by her Father.
14. Maybe Casey’s Father told her to get rid of all of the photos of Caley after Caley died or was killed.
I very much hope she is still alive. She has very right to breathe as we do.
Reply to amyCasey Anthony is EVIL PERSONIFIED!!! She is “the bad seed”and her parents are in a perpetual state of denial. Casey anthony makes me physically ill, her actions has made me question my own faith, which angers me. I pray so hard everyday this baby will be found.
Reply to KimberlyWell…now they have found traces of Chloroform in Casey’s trunk, a lethal substance banned from public use since the ’70s. (I wonder if a former policeman or a nurse would have knowledge or access to this substance???) Someone was obviously interested in learning more about it according to records of searches for information about it on the internet found on Casey’s laptop. Hmmm… Do you think that maybe her Dad and/or Mom helped to mastermind the death of their own granddaughter? Could it have been precipitated by a tragic accident after which they refused to contact the authorities? What reason would this family have for not alerting authorities except to save their own skin! Sexual abuse, physical abuse…maybe even murder? This is a smoking gun, folks. I think Casey and Cindy (her Mom) are being controlled by Casey’s Dad. The plot thickens as the cries for justice for this beautiful child’s death and abuse get louder and louder. I am sure it will all unravel in time.
Reply to Jennifer WDrugs… It’s all about Drugs… That Casey is doing crack or meth. she’s a party girl, probably went partying, did’nt want to leave the child in the car to sleep, so she put her in the trunk, partied hard, forgot about the child in the trunk, drove with the child in the car and killed Caylee by the exhaust fumes… only to remember she was in the trunk when she (maybe sobered up a day or 2 later)
